David A Graham Associates (DAGA)
was founded by David Graham IEng, FIHE, CMILT, MCIHT, MSoRSA, RegRSA (IHE) in January 2006. Since that time it has established itself as one of the Country's leading independent Road Safety Engineering Consultancies, offering a bespoke quality service at competitive rates to all our clients from private individuals to large consultancies and local authorities.

David Graham began his career in Road Safety and Traffic Engineering when he joined Wiltshire County Council as an Accident Investigation Technician in January 1984. After a spell as an Accident Investigation Engineer at Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, David moved to the private sector in May 1989 to take up the post of Senior Technician with W S Atkins Consultants South West Ltd where he was involved in major traffic and highway design projects.

Moving back to the public sector David took up the post of Senior Technical Officer with Avon County Council in July 1990 where he was responsible for all traffic management related matters in North Bristol. In April 1996 David was appointed to the post of Area Traffic Engineer with the new highway authority Bristol City Council where he was responsible for all traffic, road safety and highway development related issues in South Bristol and in November 2002 he was appointed to the post of Home Zone Team Manager for Bristol City Council where he managed the development of the City Councils’ Home Zone programme and strategy.
